1. 1 egg
  2. 1 cup almond flour
  3. 1/3 cup chocolate protein
  4. 1/2 tsp baking soda
  5. 1/4 teaspoon salt
  6. 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  7. 1 TBSP butter at room temperature
  8. 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  9. 1/4 cup honey
  10. 1 tsp vanilla
  11. 1 cup 85% dark chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

GREASE cookie pan with coconut oil

MIX all ingredients together. Spoon onto cookie sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes. Let cool.
