- 1 egg
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/3 cup chocolate protein
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1 TBSP butter at room temperature
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup 85% dark chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
GREASE cookie pan with coconut oil
MIX all ingredients together. Spoon onto cookie sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes. Let cool.
